We were in the lower apartment so we did hear walking about from the apartment upstairs, but the people staying above us were quiet so it wasn't an issue for us. However if you did get rowdy people above you it would be noisy in the lower apartment. The only other issue is the apartment front door that's a bit tricky to open, you get the knack after opening it a few times, and there's a sticker giving tips to open it. The sticker itself is a little disappointing as it's obvious been an issue for a while, so really should be rectified. Was a convenient base close to amenities served us well.
